    i bought carb solutions vanilla powdered drink mix....its the cheapest
    2 scoops in blender
    8 oz. water
    2 teaspoons splenda
    3 frozen strawberries
    1 handful ice cubes

    blend high speed.........great meal when you dont have time or dont feel like making breakfast.......it makes me real thirsty for water too after i drink it dont know why, but i put down 3 glasses of water afterwards and feel full for a long time.....its great for a night time snack to.....when everyone else is eating mcdonalds mcflurries...which are popular here.....
    and i dont feel so deprived the drink mix is 3 net carbs and i give 1 for the strawberries for a total of 4
