Try this:
sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice into heavy cream and add coffee. mmmmm
I also toss some in the blender with ice for a dessert-like coffee shake.

International Delights "Pumpkin Pie Spice" is now stocked at Albertsons here in Florida.

No canned pumpkin puree though - still looking for that item so I can make my two ingredient pumpkin cake.
