  • Easy lemonade- made by the glass!

    This is a great and easy way to consume more water!

    Just mix together cold water, a few splashes of lemon juice, and a packet of Stevia, or whatever sweetener you like. Sometimes I add lemon and lime juice. Experiment with it, but it is delicious and natural and thirst quencing! Simple!
