  • Chai Latte

    Hi all. One of my fav Atkins friendly drinks is a Chai Latte. I use 2 decaf Chai tea bags for 12 oz boiling water. Once it has set for 3-5 minutes, add heavy cream and your sweetener of choice (Stevia for me). It is delicious and satisfying! Whipped cream on top would make it even better!

    I make this also, but after I brew the tea, I pour it in the blender and add a tsp. of Right vanilla Protein Powder and whip it. I love Tazo Chai Tea.
