I read the hot chocolate topic below, however I'm wondering if anyone has tried making a hot chocolate mix with whey? I bought a pricey low-carb cocoa mix, and the ingredients were Whey, cocoa, sucralose, etc. I have recipes for homemade cocoa mix that uses regular sugar and dried milk. I wonder if it would taste ok if I were to substitute whey for the dried milk, and Splenda for the sugar? Has anyone tried this?
