    try using an atkins shake in place of the milk or cream -- vanilla for a plain latte or chocolate for a mocha latte. add sugar-free syrup if desired. an entire can of the vanilla shake has 1 gram of carbs and the chocolate has only two. i rarely use more than a few tablespoons per cup, so a can lasts several days.

    if you're on the go, try using the powdered shake mix...not as good, but still not bad.

    That sounds good.

    Whenever I'm really craving a treat, I hop on over to Starbuck's and ask for a decaf Cafe Latte with heavy cream instead of milk...
    They always look at me funny, as if to say, "Geez...do you know how many CALORIES that is?!" but since I rarely even reach my caloric BMR, I figure it's all good.
    (Feels sort of like i have a little secret weapon )
    ---sweeten with 2 packets of Sweet N Low or Splenda, and you're set...yum!!
