try using an atkins shake in place of the milk or cream -- vanilla for a plain latte or chocolate for a mocha latte. add sugar-free syrup if desired. an entire can of the vanilla shake has 1 gram of carbs and the chocolate has only two. i rarely use more than a few tablespoons per cup, so a can lasts several days.
