  • my flax experiement

    I took the basic flax cracker, and deep fried it.

    it got really crispy, I think they would be great for dips, I used mine as a base for nachos...not a tortilla chip but not bad either and it gave me something to "scoop" up the toppings with.

    they burn very very quickly, as I learned by burning my first batch...but even the burned ones are good, I salted them and it tasted a bit like slightly burned popcorn...
