  • OMG Mmmmmmm !

    I just had the best lunch since starting this WOE LOL .

    You know the old saying is WRONG "if it sounds to good to be true then it is " well not when it comes to this WOL lol.

    Anyway what I had was ,
    I fast fried spinach in a little butter, not long just till it started to wilt and put it on a plate.
    then I took a left over boneless pork chop and refried it and when it was good and hot I added a tablespoon of salsa and let it get hot.
    then I put the chop on the bed of spinach and topped it with the hot salsa and some grated cheddar cheese a little parmesan and OMG it was soooo good I thought I would share LOL.

    Pork chop, fried = 0 Carbs
    Salsa 1 tablespoon = 1 Carb (PC extra chunky volcano salsa)
    Cheddar cheese 1/4cup shredded = 0 Carbs
    Parmesan dry grated 1/2 tbs = 0 Carbs
    Spinach 1 cup = 1 Carb + 1 fiber
    Total = 2 Carbs + 1 Fiber
    Done on Fitday.com
