  • Add your favourite recipes to the database!!

I dont know how many of you submitted recipes to the old Recipes database on the old board, but they seem to have disappeared into cyberspace

The new database (linked to at the top of the page) has only a few recipes in it at present so I am hoping this post might stimulate the cooks amongst us to click on the link and enter your favourite recipes there.

They dont have to be original to you but if they are taken from somewhere else please make sure you attribute them to the source you got them from to avoid copyright problems!

It is not particularly simple to add recipes - you will need to make sure the ingredients are already on the database and add them if they are not yet there, but I think I would be able to advise you if you cant make sense of it, and if not then a pm to Tom (board owner) will get it sorted I have found.

You will need to convert weight ounces to grams and fluid ounces to cups or fractions of cups in decimals (1/4 cup = 0.25 cups etc) as it doesnt seem to accept weights in ounces.

So if you have a few minutes to spare please add some good recipes there to help our members with their menu planning

I am trying to find time to add a few of my favourites each week.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
