I was at home and wanted to try something new. I love lamb chops and indian food so i tried to invent something different and they turned out amazing. What you need is:
1/2 kilo lamb chops
2 table spoond tandoori paste ( comes in a jar from supermarket)
2 eggs
salt
Marinate lamb chops in tanddori past for 3 hours then place in oven at 200 degrees celsius for 30 mins. Then break two eggs in a flat bowl whisk with some salt. Also heat a frying pan with some oil so to deep fry. Dip the chops in the egg and make sure they are all covered then fry till golden brown.
Try them and let me know what you think. If you like them more spicy just add chilli powder.
