Hello there buddysgirl 50 I just did a search for the pancakes you mention and found this http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...-pancakes.html

I do hope it is the one you wanted.

When my hubs and I were eating Atkins once before he would eat a couple of packs of pork rinds each day. They made the roof of his mouth raw but he kep on eating them. Now he can't face them.

Cookiecate thank you so much for finding this for me. I have been making french toast with the revolution rolls but thought it would be nice to get some pancakes in there as well...Hilda

Add the flax meal and stir...allow to thicken for about a minute. Then I add maple flavoring or cinnamon. Can try other flavorings too. And one packet of splenda. You can also add heavy cream. It's delicious. *I don't cook it because it seems to get a consistency of wet yeasty dough. But it can be cooked and still retain all it's nutrition. If your still hungry..add a slice of bacon or ham to your breakfast. But the cereal usually fills me up. !!!! And it's sooo good for you.
I just tried this! Its sooo yummy! I had no cinnamon so I used vanilla.. worked a treat! So delighted to have something apart from egg to eat for Brekkie!

The best is yet to come...
