I think that happened when the board switched to vBulletin. I think it was when the semi-colon symbol was used.

"&" seems to appear in places where "&" is used, at least the posts seem to read as if the amp; should be omitted. But not always: & .... but ; & together: ;& looks fine here so maybe I'm wrong...,& (seems to be ok with posts now)

One favorite solution of mine is to pack a small soft cooler with a frozen bottle of water or a frozen piece of cooked meat to keep the other lunch items cold.

I noticed some of the ADBB smilies come up that way when they don't work properly...only shawnee can settle that argument.

I noticed only lately that the 1/4 lb burgers sold fresh in my local supermarket have 5 carbs each. They just look like plain meat. I think you can safely assume that your whopper has at least 5 carbs per 1/4 lb.

You best check the ingredients list on those ready-made burgers. Sounds like your grocer has added fillers. Pure ground beef has zero carbs, regardless of lean/fat ratio.

Burger King and other restaurants often have nutrition data for their menu items available online. For instance:
                  http://www.chowbaby.com/fastfood/thr...me=Burger+King

(I'm assuming only the burger of couse - the low carb whopper in its entirety is 3g, Regular Whopper Jr, no cheese, altogether has 32, and so on.)

Re: Induction Lunch Brown Bagging & Meals on the Run

This thread has been going for more than 3 years......... I am impressed

Monday: Spinach salad with bacon, boiled egg, onion, tomato, bleu cheese dressing

Tuesday: (Skipped but was supposed to have) Onion cheeseburger w/ onion, tomato, mayo on Revolution Roll.

Wednesday: Thin sliced grilled flank steak, cream cheese, baby spinach, green onion wrapped in a Revolution wrap with a cup of creamy spinach soup. It was soooooooooo good

Thursday: (I think I am having) a microwaved cheese taco shell with garlic shrimp, avocado, cilantro and onion with a nice spicy rich red sauce. Maybe I will have 2 of them.

                    I better check my menu.
