  • Lunch Time!

    I love lunch time! Does anyone have some really good lunch time menus. Something that is filling enough to last till' dinner time! Thank!
    Starting weight: 210lbs.

    As a substitute for sandwiches, I will take leaf lettuce, and roll up turkey, and cheese inside...instant sandwich without the bread!!!
    I also eat omelettes for lunch....so much eggs!
    Sometimes, I will make cheeseburgers...just add what you like, and eat it without a bun...works for me. :nod

      my lunch every day is 1 1/2 cups of Romaine with 1/2 cup mushrooms, Ken's Creamy Ceasar, a little parmesan, and one or two boiled eggs quartered with the salad. If I have leftover meat I might have a small piece with it.

        I always eat leftovers. If we order out then I get a salad at Wendy's or wings from Pizza Hut with extra celery and blue cheese.

          i always have romane with tuna, or some rolled up ham. I checked with my deli, and imported ham has 0 carbs. I love turkey, but for some reason eating it without bread...I have a very hard time getting it down.
