Oh goodness, I forgot Chutatips Chicken Satay. That is an awesome recipe. I love to make that as an appetizer when I'm entertaining. People love those things.

Re: Check out Linda's Low Carb

Lindas site is awesome, I love the macafoni and cheese as well as MANY others. Sometimes when I punch in the recipes to fitday though, I get WAY higher net carbs than the net carbs that are listed there. For example, if a recipe makes 4 servings, I cut the ingredients into quarters and type it into fitday, and get a totally different answer! Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Do you guys always go by the net carbs listed on the bottom of the recipes?

I never go by a carb count from someone else - always figure it out for myself just to be sure.

Good advice Mitzi. Yes, same here, always go by your own carb counts when using other peoples recipes. Mistakes happen ya know!

I agree, you should always do your own count because the ingredients that one person buys may be slightly different than the ingredients you buy to use in a recipe. For example, I used to buy vanilla whey protein powder that had 2 carbs per scoop, now I've found one that has 0 carbs per scoop. Same with the cream cheese I saw in the store. The cheaper store brand had 2 carbs per oz and the slightly more expensive brand had 1 carb per oz.
