  • First Atkins-y Christmas

    Hello all.

This is the first year I have been doing Atkins, and I am challenged with making Christmas dinner for about 8 people. Luckily, 3 of us are all doing Atkins, and the rest I am sure will be easy to plan for.

Can you all hit me with your best Christmas Dinner menus/suggestions?

    Many thanks!

i am watching the same thing. I think you could have prawns with mayo garic and lemon. for starters on a bed of salad (small). then have a cup or a half a cup of different veg on the list. and for pudding im trying to find one. the main problem for me is GRAVY, i want a Low carb gravy. its my first christmas on atkins also.

how about faux mashed potatoes using cauliflower and cheese? Brussel sprouts, and a pumpkin mousse for dessert?

There are recipes for stuffing using pork rinds as well but you may have to do a search for them.
