We were checking out the Soy milks just for grins and found the regular soy milks too high carb for me now. Soy Slender is 'low-fat' per their box, but never fear, it actually has 43% calories from fat. It's much lower carb than the regular soy milk (5 total carbs, 4 fiber per 1 cup). So you get 1 net carb for one cup of chocolate 'milk'. I liked the taste and it's a very nutritious way to get a sweet treat. You'll get a good dose of your vitamins and minerals from this drink. But please be on legumes for this product. I will try to make 'ice cream' out of this so if someone has a recipe for me please post.

Re: Soya Slender chocolate flavored
The chocolate is soooo goood. Yummy and smooth.
It's also sweetened with Splenda and only has one Net Carb per cup. I love it but can't have it yet because I'm not up to that rung yet :/ I can't wait...
The vanilla is good for berry shakes and stuff... but OK for just drinking. Not a good regular milk substitute because it's very vanilla-ey... and sweet.

Re: Soya Slender chocolate flavored
I love Soy Slender!!! The Cappucino flavor is great too! For a treat I make my own whipped cream to top either the cappucino or chocolate flavor.
I agree with enchantedraisin, the vanilla is good to add to stuff but not so great on it's own. It is very sweet.
