    Yummy.....

You're talking about those little round crunchy ones, right? I've tried them and liked them very much (although they're quite salty!)

At our health food store here, we can get different flavors....they have pizza, sour cream and onion, nacho cheese and jalapeno (sp?).

Yes, those are very very tasty indeed, almost too good. Atkins was getting me away from old 'munchy' habits, these make it too easy to fall back in .

Unforunately they are insanely overpriced, over $3 for one little bag? That's just awful.

I agree - hard to stop eating them and expensive, but it does seem legal on induction since I don't eat any other cheese. Anyone think they impact you negatively?

They haven't seemed to do me any harm (other than making my wallet a little lighter.... :grimble

I have tried these and I think that they are good. I can't eat a lot of them in one sitting though, I get sick of them pretty quick (not sure why - cause I looove chesse and crunchy is good!). I found them in the nutritional aisle at my local grocery store. I usually will get one bag when I do my shopping and then I divide it up into little snacks.

I have noticed that the ranch flavored ones contain corn syrup solids... Beware.

I like 'em. White cheddar is my favorite.

It's easy to eat too many, but I find if I can eat 12 chips (2/3 ounce; 1/3 bag) and drink some water, then I'm usually feeling pretty full for a while.
