  • Carbsense Biscuit Mix

I tried the Carbsense Biscuit Mix, but I used it to coat yellow squash for frying. 0 net carbs for the "flour" once you subtract the fiber, add a little salt to the top after frying and they were good. I plan on trying pickle slices now. I LOVE FRIED PICKLES!!!!

I would imagine that you could even jazz the "flour" up a bit too by adding some spices to it.

Glad you found a use for it - it's NOT good for making biscuits. LOL The biscuits I made by the box recipe with that mix were unspeakably awful.

I tried the biscuits too. Did everything according to the directions, and we ended up with big globs of grease laden substances as well. I have kept in in my freezer up until now. I am going to try to do some chicken tenders with it to make chicken nuggets. I will let you know how they turn out.
