yet another product I don't get... anyone have any ideas what's so different about this than regular diet coke? I looked at the ingredients & it looked the same but with a few shuffled in place.

another that I don't totally get is Pepsi 1, but atleast I can look at that & think oh, that's their splenda diet, why with 1 calorie I don't know, but otherwise fathomable...

coke zero is a sweeter tasting version of diet coke basically but with that natural flavors ingredient they could have altered other things too and we would not know it. It still has caffiene so it isn't Atkins acceptable even if it did have Splenda as the new diet coke with Splenda also has. If you look they added AceK and lowered the amount of aspartame so it has a blended sweetner effect.

Coke Zero has aspartame and acesulf. It does not have splenda. It is manufactured off the version of original coke, not diet coke. Apparently there are different recipes. I don't like diet coke, but I love Coke Zero.

LOL LOL I was watching a finacial news show this week and apperantly Coke Zero is supposed to appeal to the fellows as Diet Coke is a girlie thing

I REALLY dislike diet coke. That being said, Coke Zero is actually pretty good. I don't drink it very much but when i need a bit of a caffeine pick me up, this is what I choose. Much less of that aspartame taste. (I don't like the diet coke w/ splenda btw)

I tried Coke Zero and thought it had kind of a twang to it...a sort of aftertaste. That being said, I would drink it over the Diet Coke with Splenda any day! It does taste fairly similar to regular Coke, though...a lot more than Diet Coke.

Well I dont' know what the exact ingredients are so I don' t know, but if you are doing it by the book then no, its not acceptable because it contains caffeine.

I love coke zero! I am in ongoing induction, so it's out for now, but it is sssssssoooooooooooooooo much tastier than diet coke.

I always thought Coke Light was a rebranding of Diet Coke. Apparently Coke Light = Coke Zero.

I've never noticed caffine stalling me or causing cravings while I'm on atkins, but I'm still really paranoid about drinking it.

Still, I have four cans left of zero in my closet! I have about one a week, it definatly tastes better than diet 7up and Diet Rite (at least for me).
