I can't wait to try the low carb Ragu! Would a serving of spaghetti have too many carbs? Anyone eat low-carb pasta?

I don't like sweetened peanut butter, so I'll stick to the high fiber, natural peanut butter. Makes a great Thai-peanut sauce for chicken!

Wow, as I'm typing this, I just heard a commercial for Morningstar farms low-carb/low-fat veggie burgers. I'll have to check that out too....

I have the low-carb skippy & I love it - it tastes EXACTLY how regular Skippy tastes. I am a peanut butter FIEND & I'm on induction, but i allow myself to lick one teaspoonful as a treat after dinner.

I've had the low carb ragu, and it's GOOD! My whole family likes it. We put turkey sausage in it and I didn't have to add anything else. It also didn't give the mr. heartburn, and EVERYTHING usually gives him heartburn.

The lo-carb wishbone ranch dressing is really good. I use it with the lo-carb tortillas and some chicken and make my own"subway" wraps.

it's in Jewel/Osco near the pharmacy.......also in Dominicks and Meijer in the section with the regular peanut butter. You also might want to check the new "Good Carbs" store located in Geneva (off Randall Rd, next to Home Depot).....they may eventually be allowed to carry it (they don't, yet)

I personally prefer Simply Jif over the Skippy Carb Options......though it has that ONE additional carb, the taste is identical to regular Jif

The Skippy carb options still has the trans fats in it. Guess I will keep making my own.

Hey Elleth, I don't know where you live but here in Columbus, Ohio there is a peanut butter company called Krema. They have been making natural peanut butter (and other nut butters) for close to 100 years! It's really good stuff! The only thing is I don't know how far they distribute their products. I know they do have a website, don't know it exactly but just do a search for Krema. They do plant tours but I can't get my boyfriend to take me, he says there is no telling what I'd do in a peanut butter factory, I absolutely LOVE the stuff. This is precisely why I haven't re-introduced it into my life yet. Hope this helps!!
