    Atkins' Crustless Quiche/Souffle

Has anyone tried Atkins' crustless quiches or souffle's? Would like to order some but would like some input first. Thanks

I have made the crustless quiche. It was wonderful and easy. The recipe is in the Atkins new diet book.

Thank you very much for your reply. They also sell both products pre-made on the Atkins' web site. I went ahead and ordered the sample pack for both the quiche and the souffle. I will post back tomorrow evening and let you know how they cook up! The Crabz!

Ordered the Crustless Quiches from Atkins' web site and, lo and behold, they were quite tasty. They came frozen and sealed in an iced fresh pack. I ordered the variety pack and each one has been delicious. They make a great lunch or dinner with a side of salad. They can be microwaved or heated in a conventional oven. I find this helpful as sometimes I really am just not in the mood to cook.
