anybody else tried Keto Ketatoes yet ? i wasent verry happy with them at all they taste and smell awfull, kind of like smelling a vitimin bottle verry chalkey texture, verry dry, :vomit at $6.99 for a small can and
5 carbs for 1/2 cup prepaired deffinatly not worth it

I haven't tried Ketatoes though now I don't think I will. I made mashed cauliflower for the first time last night and I thought that it was super yummy. After reading your critique I think I'll stick with the cauliflower!

cauliflower mashed potatoes

I had a friend try the recipe that used cauliflower and I couldn't believe she said it would be that tasty and now someone else liked them....I will have to give them a try! :laughing

Put 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Ketatoes in a mashed cauliflower fauxtato recipe and you'll notice that it tastes a lot more potatolike. I also use them for breading fish and like them very much that way.
