My family is always pointing out low carb stuff to me at the grocery store... today I went shopping with the sibling and my little girl and was grumbling because I missed yogurt and milk... low and behold my sister pointed to a box of yogurts.. Dannon Lite and Fit low carb yougart!! It's made with splenda and has 3 carbs per serving. They had raspberry and strawberry.. not fond of either so I grabbed the vanilla. YUM! I think I'm in heaven. :laughing Anyway, it comes in a red box with four containers of yogurt. It's a nice change of pace if you have a sweet tooth, makes a good treat!
