All I can say is, did I die and go to heaven????/ I made pancakes with this, and it was the best. I could not stop taking about them. The pancakes were a bit thicker than probably should have been, so you have to adjust your counts, but they were excellent in my opinion. 10000% better than the carbsense brand that I tried last year.

I am looking forward to using this for cooking with. I have also ordered some of the Carbalose flour that Netrition sells. It should all be here next week.

I've gotten some Carbquick but I haven't tried it yet. I'm still trying to choke down the Atkins brand of pancake mix that I bought a while ago. I might just have to give up and toss the rest of the Atkins brand and open the box of Carbquick. It sounds like they'd be much better.

i read somewhere that you can use the Atkins for breading things.
