    Dixie Diners

    Their crepes are quite good, although I don't understand how they can be one net carb if they use wheat flour (given it is one of the last ingredients, so maybe they use it in very small amounts) Has anyone tried any of their other products?

    Hmmm, I couldn't seem to find any nutritional info on that site (boy is that ever a poorly designed website).

    However, I do know other brands of low-carb tortillas and 'bread'like products often contain minute amounts of wheat flours, or other wheat based non-impact carbs. As long as the percentages are very low compared to the soy content and etc, you would most likely be OK (just don't eat them in bulk or anything).

      I used their Devils Food cake mix for my birthday cake a few months ago. Not bad, but expensive.
