also Exactly how many slices of cheeese are allowed? I know 3-4 oz, but how much is that?????

3 - 4 Ounces is 3 -4 ounces . About 4 Mozzerella cheese sticks worth. Read the package of cheese when you get it and it will tell you how many total ounces, then you just need to divide it up to see how many 4 would be.

BTW since it looks like you are new to the board, I don't know how long you have been doing Atkins, but those cookies are a big no-no if you are still on induction.

Anyways, I don't feel like this is the induction forum...not to be rude but I'm here to see everyone's opinions on low carb products, not to remind them that they're not legal. There are other forums for that, IMO
