Dannon Low Carb Yogurt

I just had my first bite of yogurt in almost 6 weeks!!! Dannon has a new product that only has 3 carbs per serving ( small cup size). They have four flavors - vanilla,strawberry,peaches and rasberry.

We did a taste test here in the office and the vanilla won the taste test. The peaches had a immediate tart or bitter taste that I couldn't get past. The strawberry was average.

Vanilla definite winner here!! I am so excited that I can eat yogurt again!!

If you like the Dannon yogurt you will LOVE the Atkins "Carb Countdown" yogurt. It is thick and creamy like "real" yogurt.

I find it hard to believe I'm not cheating when I eat the Atkins stuff. Plus, you get more for the same amount of carbs!

Has anyone tried the rasberry? (Dannon)

A local store has them on sale and I was going to buy rasberry and strawberry (after your post I think I will try vanilla also).

I've tried the Strawberry and the first initial taste was kinda sour because I'm used to tasting sugar loaded yogurt. Then after that it becomes sweet tasting and quite yummy.

I just bought the raspberry and it is pretty good. It does feel like you are cheating though!!!

Got the Dannon Peaches and cream and I think I like it better than the Strawberry!! :ThumbsUp

I got the vanilla and have to say it is very good. Can't wait until I can add some fresh berries to it! I was a yogurt addict before this woe, of course I was also a low fat/low cal addict. Now I've got the best of both worlds!!!! :joy
