  • Skippy Lo Carb

Bought it yeseterday. It's wonderful!!! - and has a good amount of fiber. Sweetened with Splenda, and has a great creamy texture.

My only fear is that I will eat too much.

I have not tried the skippy but...Smuckers has an all natural peanut butter. The only ingredients are peanuts and salt. I really like it alot!

I saw this in the store a few days ago. I took a look at the nutritional label and saw... hydrogenated vegetable oil. AKA Trans-fats. You know, the ingredient that Dr. Atkins advises people avoid like the plague, the single most unhealthy thing a person can eat.

I'm disappointed that so many manufacturers are creating "low-carb" products that are contrary to what people on low-carb diets are supposed to eat.

I have some. It's very good, but I only have about 1 tbsp per week. Hasn't bothered me so far! Those mock danishes are what keep calling my name!
