Found these in the grocery store today. Sweetened with Splenda, 1 tbsp has 3 net carbs. Not something you would want to eat all the time, but for someone on OWL that has added small amounts of strawberries and/or carb controlled bread on occasion, this might make a good treat. It tastes just like the sugared variety and a little goes a long way!
