I tried the Hershey's candy bars today......Carbo-lite's are better. Russell Stover's are the best!

          It's not a candy bar. It's a low-carb bar.

O.K. how about a Low carb- candy bar.

I still look at these bars as being EVIL

If you eat to many they stall you, because they are low carb , you think its O.K. to eat them on a regular basis...sorry i do not agree with that they should be a treat.

The last thing we need to do is continue on eating the way we did before we started this WOE.

This "chicken" had to pop her head out of the coop for this one

Lavender*................... for the record the Pure Delite-.... are the best I have tried.....O.K. the chicken is back in the coop.LOL!!

May God bless you and yours.;-)

Do we have to debate - even in the Low Carb Product Taste Testing forum?

First you trash low-carb stuff, Lavender, and then you throw in your own vote!

              Pretty sneaky, chicken! :icondance

                LMAO!!

No, I look at low-carb products like other products out there, that are there for our liking or disliking.

Some are great and some are not.

But to put it in a nut shell, all low carb products are better for you than eating all the high carb , flour and sugar laden items out there.

The Hershey low carb bars are AMAZING!! I felt like I was eating Hershey w/ Almonds - which I was, but you know what I mean :yes

I bought a tiny Russell Stover Easter candy with carmel and pecans(.06 carbs). It was great until the after taste hit - OH MY GOD :yikes !! I ate it at 8:00 and after 3 hours, dinner, and brushing my teeth the hot alcohol taste has yet to go away. Be afraid, be VERY afraid!!!

I also loved them, I tried the peanut butter cups too!
They are really good, but I find eating them causes cravings.

                    They are still great though.
(Just be careful to many of them like more than 3 to 5 can cause a laxative effect, the print is small, so it is hard to find on the box). :yikes
Be you. Don't let people put you down, because your not as good looking, or as talented as someone else. Everyone has heard the saying... There is always someone more talented, more perfect ect...but there is also someone who is worse off, (Kinda mean, but it's true).
Feel good, just to be you.

I bought these last week b/c they were on sale at my local Walgreens drugstore...and all I can say is YUCK! this is "Mockolate" at it's worst...it's not creamy-it crumbles in your mouth... and it's too small and it still has 1 gram of sugar carb...

Yup I saw these in the gas station by my house. I was going to buy 1 until I looked at the label closely. Only 1 gram of sugar but 9 grams of sugar alcohols.

I think I'll just stick to my clouds. Or maybe try a chocolate version using unsweetened cocoa powder.

Well, I tried one, and I have to say--a little too sweet for me! However, I liked that they used erythritol--pretty much no effect on blood sugar, and does NOT have the laxative effect that most of the others--maltitol, especially--have on the body.

I prefer the wafer-based chocolate candy bars. They're nicely crunchy, and tend to have far less sugar alcohols than the pure chocolate bars.
