:wave Hi I am new to this site and I find it to be great place to find alot of usefull information. Thank You. I wanted to know if anyone out there has tried the new, Total Protein Cereal by General Mills It has 13grams of protein and 8g of net carbs, per 3/4 cup serving.

It's horrible - run away from it! I could only take two bites of it and I threw the whole box away! It leaves a really really bad taste in your mouth - like cardboard sprinkled with artificial sugar. Ick!! urplequ:
