  • Carb Options Salad Dressings

I've been pretty happy with these that I've found at my local Krogers.

Italian, Blue Cheese, Ranch and as of last week, I found a French dressing as well (a god send to me, as I love French dressing).

    0 carbs, good taste.

My Kroger also finally got the Carb Options ketchup - I can have ketchup again, yay!

Carb Options is good but overpriced

have you tried Kraft's Carb Well salad dressings? they are ALSO 0g, taste like regular Kraft salad dressings and only cost around $1.99 per 16oz bottle

I have a feeling Kraft will be giving Carb Options a run for thier money.....Kraft also has a BBQ sauce under their Carb Aware label that is 3g net carbs per serving and cost is only around $1.19 per bottle

it's nice not to be taken advantage of at the cash register :yes

Thanks for the tip! I'll be on the lookout for that BBQ Sauce, the Atkins one is so pricey and not all that good either.

I don't like the fact that these "low carb" brands are taking advantage and upping the prices. I tried my friend's Carb Option blue cheese. And I like mine a whole lot better. It is Marie's in the produce section. It is much, much better and 0 carbs!!! It costs a little more, but goes a long way. And I don't mind paying for taste, I mind paying just because they say it is low carb!!!

If you believe it, you can achieve it!!! :capital:
