CarbFit Pasta

FYI... Henry's sells a low carb pasta called CarbFit. It's disgusting, don't waste your money. Worst texture ever. It tastes like your eating a mouthful of sawdust.

I'm now convinced anything with soyflour is disgusting. Tried a lowcarb pizza recipe the other day that called for soyflour and I threw it out after one piece.

I have never heard anyone -- here on this board, another LC board, or in the usenet group - have one good thing to say about these LC pastas! Lots of "it tastes like cardboard" and worse, tho. I agree - a waste of money!
