    Hello everyone could anyone tell me if they have tried any LC frozen meals there are about 4 new meals out there that i have seen i work long shifts at work and this would be a very good thing for me since i could just grab one and go but dont want to waste any money Thanks :wave

    I havn't tried any, because those I've seen have been very loose with their definition of "low" carbs. I don't consider a small mean with 15g of carbs in it to be low in carbs.

      The carb counts are quite high, and they look fairly unappetizing. You could do far better just buying some tupperware and setting aside a little bit of your dinner from the night befor to take with you the next day.

        I've tried a few different kinds. I was eating the Weight Watchers ones for a while (like 7-10 carbs) and they were pretty good. They have some around here that are called "Mike's Gourmet" in a blue box, and they were really tasty (more like home cooked rather than typical frozen dinner stuff.) But they were like $7 a meal! I've given up on the pre-packaged frozen dinners all together now. I just cook up enough meat and veggies and put them in Gladware ahead of time. Cheaper, better, and not as many chemicals.
