:wave Hello again everyone just wanted to say carb countdown has a new smoothie out they have 4 new flavors that i have tried and they all are very good and filling. They come in 10oz bottles and they have 4grms of carbs, 1grm sugar 13grms of protein they are very good when you dont have time for a big breakfast.
