This is a brown sugar blend, so it does have actual sugar in it...Also has 2 carbs per 1/2 tsp (which is equal to 1 tsp)

many of the Splenda newer for cooking stuf has a sugar blend as sugar browns and Splenda doesn't watch your bags if you use it. Of course you could get your hands on some liquid but supplies are tight right now as ownership changed hands in Feb 2004 and the new company was scrambling to get the new manufacturing plant on line to meet demand. keep checking the known sites for it and when they get some remember a little goes a long way I think 25 drops is a cup if you use the stuff from sweetzfree.comby the book atkinseer
