I have to give that a major thumbs up...one of the best drinks i've ever had. It has several different flavors and has 0 carbs. It's a mix drink...sorta like a 0 carb kool aid or something. Anywayz, yeah...its an awsome drink and i recommend it to everyone.

Its is good but contains aspertame at least up here in Canada it does and I try and stay away from that.

Yeah - I stopped drinking Crystal Light after my weight loss stalled, and switched over to sugar-free Kool-Aid sweetened with Spenda (TM).

That works, too.

An artificial sweetener, usually under the brand name 'Equal'. It can be registered by some people's bodies just like real sugar, cause false insulin spikes, and therefore stalls, and is all around a nasty chemical anyway.

where do you get sugar-free kool-aid w/splenda? or do you mean you just use splenda instead of sugar when making it? I ask because the boxes I have use Aspretame for sweetener along with Ace-K

Ace-K is fine. I personally just don't drink koolaid or crystal light, but check out the regular (the one you are supposed to add sugar to) and see what it has in it, that might work, you could add your own splenda.

I've been drinking Crystal Light and Sugar Free Kool Aid for quite some time now. I'm sure it's not good to drink in place of water though.

Hi Alan,

I agree that CL tastes great, but, it stopped my weight loss because of the aspartame sweetener.

The bottled CL is made with Splenda, but the powdered is still made with aspartame.

I hope it doesn't affect you.

Today at GNC I saw that Atkins brand now has a CL clone made with Sucralose, so you may want to stop by a GNC to pick up a pack to try.
