these are THE BOMB. 15 chips (and they are large) 8 net carbs. I make some guac and have about 7... very satisfying and tasty and total of 7 carbs for avacado and chips.
stone groundyellow corn, soy grits, brown flax seed, corn oil or sunflower oil, sea salt, water, trace of lime.
they ae just like regular tortilla chips, but liberally dotted with whole flaxseed and they are very tasty, say the difference in taste between flour and wheat tortillas, a little more flavor.
15 chips (aprox) per serving

These are very good. I crumble a couple of them up and put them over a taco salad (hamburg with cheese, lettuce, etc.) or in a salad. It's a lot of carbs for a snack, but if you make a meal out them. . . . YUM. Not expensive either!
Good choice!

Ah the first ingredient explains it all. Be careful with these: due to the corn content you should not eat these at all until up to the final wrung of OWL, these have potential to seriously impede weight loss due to corn, and are not at all induction acceptable.
the 15 chip thing isn't really true. look how many servings are in the bag vs. how big the chips are. there aren't that many of the huge chips in the bag. they're not kidding when they say "approx 15 chips"
that said, did i mention i LOVE these?! they come in corn, too.
