    need I say more? no sugar added has 5 net carbs per half cup and totally worth it. gone are the days of crappy tasting foods and limited choices.

    Watch out for this stuff, almost everyone I have heard who has tried this has had an immediate stall or gain from this product.

    Needless to say this is also definately not for induction.

          I've heard about it causing a lot of weight gain. This might be good for regular low carbers, but not for Atkineers!

            It is not worth your carbs IMO, its okay, but not great.
