Try the Blue Bunny ice cream bars, they are by far the best, cheapest, and seem to be the lowest in carbs. I have not had a stall problem. I only eat one to two per week.

I tried the kind with the chocolate "nestle crunch" coating and the vanilla ice cream inside, they were good. No stall here, but I also didn't eat most of them (I gave them to my daughter, I prefer giving her these as opposed to those sugar-filled popsicles).Started Atkins 04/26/04 - 317/286/150

those 2g choc and almond coating ones I believe contain trans fats =/
I used to eat them also until I read about that, the others seems to be okay though.Comment
