I've never had good luck with low carb ice cream. Ben and Jerry's had something for awhile last year, but I've never been able to find it again. Anyway, I picked this up last night with low expectations; which was good.
The vanilla was outrageously sweet. Painfully, awfully sweet. And like all low carb ice creams, it melts weird on the tongue. The strawberry had a nice flavour, but again, suffered from the too sweet problem. The chocolate, however, was just perfect. Not overly sweet like the others, good texture as well. I'm not sure if they sell the chocolate alone, but that I would definitely recommend.
