  • Arnold Carb Counting Bread

I know this comes at the tail end of OWL, but has anyone tried it and is it any good?

I didn't care for it... but it was bearable as toast

Its definately something you have to get "used" to, and like the other poster said, it is better toasted. The hot dog rolls are great.

Hmmm, I tried this once as toast, and I thought it tasted fairly similar to regular bread (of course, I hadn't had regular bread in over half a year at that point).

Didn't know they made rolls, I might have to look for those sometime... Right now I love the O'So'Lo rolls though, they are the only ones I have found that contain no questionable ingredients.

They just came out with hot dog rolls and hamburger rolls, and the hot dog rolls are very good. I only ate one, had the other hot dog plain, 10 carbs a piece.
