  • Arizona no carb flavored green tea

I just tried the two flavors that I found at my local safeway.
white cranberry and apple flavor was soooo good a nice substitute for real juice.
blueberry was tasty but not as sweet as the cranberry/apple.
label says no carbs in the name but it has 2 grams per serving
    ingredients are: green tea
    water
    sorbitol
    natural flavors
black carrot extract(what the heck is this??)
    sucralose
    acesulfame potassium

    nutrition facts: 42 oz bottle
serving size 8 oz servings per container approx 5
    calories 5
    fat 0
    sodium 20
    total carb 2
    sugars 0
    protien 0

it also subtracts the carbs from the sorbitol thats how they come up with the "no carbs"

I think it may be ok for a treat but only occasionally?
    what do you all think??

I tried it too and thought it was great, and I was comfortable with the ingredients, but it shouldn't be counted as water as you probably know.

          Blueberry Yum Yum

Tried the blueberry today. It is very yummy. I going to count it as 1 carb per serving. It has Sucralose and sorbitol in it. Just to be safe. That is how I treat my splenda.

i havent seen the fruit flavored ones, but whilst enjoying the no carb sweetened with splenda tea, the label read "brewed with honey, not acceptable for diabetics" stuff like this always makes me suspect the true nutritional value. i just dont get it.
