Anyone try this? Is it worth the 4.99? Label says less than 1 g carbs/sugars per serving, but also has tomato puree and raisin paste and a bunch of things i can't spell.
    Determined.

I am always leary about stuff you can't read or spell. Raisin paste? Interesting.

Well, the tomatoes are perfectly legal even on induction.... Raisins... not really . I might check out a bottle, I have a feeling even the regular A1 has some stuff most wouldn't be able to spell....

I was more Heinz 57 (4-5g) man myself - now the steaks is just more heavily seasoned than before. A1 was always a bit to bitter in my book, but I might have to try it. Thanks for the tip.

I have had the A-1 sauce, it tastes exactly the same to me, very good, I wish they would come out with a carb well in the sweet and tangy flavor, though I know that probably would never happen :sadblinky

Raisin paste is in regular A-1.

Tastes almost exactly like the original.. my son tried it (he's an A-1 nut) and he agreed that its the same! The color is a little off from the original and I think its a little thicker.... but taste sells!~

I tried it and thought it was terrible. I always ate the regular A-1. This lacks the same flavor.

Its definally not the same taste but its alright. I made some steak sauce by putting together olive oil, some garlic and italian seasoning like some resturants use for dipping bread, it is wonderful for steak.

A1 is a quick way to ruin a good steak anyway. A drizzle of good herbed EVOO can be nice, or you can whip up a quick red wine, gorgonzola, or mushroom garlic sauce that complements the flavor of steak much better than some sugary sticky steak sauce glop.
