Atkins Endulge and RS Net Carb Candies

Has anyone else had some problems with either of these? They both tasted good, but not good enough for it to be worth spending the rest of the night in the bathroom, if you know what I mean. I only had what was indicated as 1 serving on the box, so I just wondered if this was an ideosyncratic thing or if other people had this problem.

No, it's definitely a real problem. Some sugar-free / low-carb candies will even warn that on the package. Not everyone has that reaction, but many people do (it's from the sugar alcohols).

And, for the record, I'm definitely one of the people that has that problem. I find that if I just have ONE piece (the serving size is usually 3 - 5 pieces) then I'm okay.

They give me severe gas pains. It varies from person to person. Don't make them a regular part of your diet, but every once in awhile won't kill you.

I tried one, my tummy balloned..I felt really bad. Imnot planning on doing it again.
If I ever feel Im going to die without choclate again I will have a cube of my bfs dark choclate..it even has less carbs.

ahh low carb chocolates are evil, thats my word for the day, EVIL I SAY! They taste so good going in and then feel just awful going out LOL!

anyway, low carb chocolates caused me to go of the wagon last time, i'd have one everynight at break at work and soon i was back to my lovely," i just going to be fat for the rest of my life so i can eat whatever i want "habits.

I had one of the RS peanut butter things. Is it just me or are they way too sweet? I didn't finish chewing it. Since no one was around I kinda just bunched it up into a napkin and pitched it
