No, This was the first I saw of this product. I've made them at home and IMO they are horrible, just wondering if maybe the commercially made ones might be any better. I'm going to check for them at Harris Teeter today after work, don't know if they are going to have them yet though, they always seem to be the last ones to get new products around here.

They all contain corn starch, just from that I would personally stay away.
Some of the flavors look interesting, I might try to make some homemade ones like that with those flavorings. I can't see the point in buying something frozen that can be so easily made at home though, especially when they add chemicals and starch to the frozen version.

Even with the cornstarch its only 3 net carbs for a serving.(If I was on induction I would avoid them though) The reason I'd try them is beacuse #1 its alot quicker #2 Even though I am a good cook I made them and they tasted like crapola!

I steamed them and then put them in my salad spinner to get the excess water out--then I fixed them just like I would mashed potatos--butter, sour cream, salt and pepper (I can't remember if I used heavy cream but I usually do). I love cauliflower but the texture of it mashed up was pretty disgusting, in fact is was down right slimey---plus, it still tasted like cauliflower--nothing like mashed potatos.

Hmmm, here is what I do, it still has a little cauliflower taste, but very very good, no smily texture:
Boil the Florets in just enough water to cover, then drain and strain and puree the lot.
Sautee some onion in butter in the now empty pot, then add a bit of garlic, some bacon chopped up to turn into crumbles, and pur the cauliflower back in. Add in a couple glugs of heavy cream, stir it in, and add butter, salt, and pepper to taste. Let it cook like this on low heat stirring occasionally for a while so some more of the water can cook off and the texture becomes nice and thick and hearty. Serve up with fresh chopped green onions or chives, and maybe some shredded cheese on top.
