I found some LC yogurt at Kroger that has only 3 carbs in the whole thing but also 3 grams of sugar. Should I eat it? Would it be alright if I had one every once and a while?

Lady, it really depends on the stage of the diet that you are in. What stage are you currently following?

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

the only carbs in plain yogurt are going to be listed as sugar in the nutritional panel. those sugar carb is just that simple sugars and can be natural like in friuts veggies and milk. we avoid sugar in the INGREDIENTS list. if you are in OWL on the fresh dairy rung you can have it if their is no sugar listed in the ingredients.by the book atkinseer
