have not tried that.. but sounds kinda icky! Let us know how it goes!

If I ate any sort of pasta my brain would be sure I was cheating.. and punish me accordingly!

      Mac n Cheese

I haven't tried the Keto Mac n Cheese, but since Dreamfields has the only pasta of all the ones I've tried that is edible--and I don't fully trust that technology since I seem to retain water when eating it--I don't eat it often. However, making Mac 'n Cheese from scratch is a cinch so that's what I do occasionally with Dreamfields. After cooking the macaroni (this is what I do for my 2-ounce dry portion), I drain it and put it back in the pot on low heat with a couple of tablespoons of heavy whipping cream, about an ounce and a half of my favorite shredded cheese (usually cheddar or a mixture containing some cheddar) and add a bit of water if needed to thin it out. In 2 minutes it's done and tastes just like the best Mac 'n Cheese that you can imagine. Probably a lot cheaper and better than the Keto mix.

I haven't tried their mac and cheese, but I did use their macaroni noodles to make my own homemade mac and cheese and it was terrible!

Ketchup - ick, but stewed tomatoes or a red pepper spiked marinara, yum .

I've tried and love the Dreamfields pasta. I have reached my goal of 175 and have been able to maintain it for 2 months. I've eaten this pasta 5 or 6 times in the last month and it has not affected me. I even had 2 servings (4 ounces) each time. I've made chicken parmesan (carb controlled) with the spaghetti. I've made a spaghetti and red sauce with hamburger a couple times. My favorite recipe so far was a three cheese macaroni. I used colby, cheddar, and parmesan cheese with butter, light cream, and garlic powder and microwaved it with the macaroni. Then once all the cheese was melted and creamy, I sprinkled some Kraft Grated Parmesan on top and crisped it under the broiler. It was delicious. If you can limit your servings, I think you'll be fine.

I've read the info about Dreamfields. That's why I became a guinea pig of sorts. I'm not diabetic, so I haven't tested any kind of insulin response.
