    Os'lo low carb rolls

Any one tried these rolls? They are great! They come in several flavors: Original (wheat), Sourdough, Pumpernickel, Cin Raisin, Banana Walnut (my fav toasted with cream cheese).

These are available at various health food stores. Check their web site or ask your local health food store to order them.

Banana Walnut O'soLo Low Carb rolls

No Banana's in the ingredients, only banana extract. First 5 ingredients are Water, Gluten, Flaxseed, Walnuts, and Canola Oil.

:P These are great toasted with cream cheese and the rolls only have 3.3 net carbs.

          I Liked them too!

I made pizza with the sourdough ones and they were actually pretty good. I didnt feel quite so deprived while the rest of the family ate Dominoes!

I tried the original rolls and must admit I threw them away. Couldn't stand the taste.

I can handle the Atkins bread ok but prefer the Orowheat light Whole Wheat bread. But it's higher in carbs.

I bought a box and tried one toasted. They weren't bad with the chicken salad but they are not addicting.

I just tried the banana muffins and thought they were excellent! They almost seem too good to be true. Tastes a lot like the regular banana nut muffins, imho.

Now I just have to learn how to heat them better. Not used to frozen muffins, and nuking them leaves them cold in some places.

I've tried the Cinnamon (sp?) ones toasted with Keto Strawberry Jam on them -- YUMMY!

Also have had the pumpernicke (sp?) and made them with meat, cheese, mayo and they were Very good!

These are now a staple in my cupboard for my once or twice a week bread.

I have even sliced them into 4 pieces (long way) and had 2 sandwiches for the carb's of one!

They are pricey - $4.99 but worth it in my book.

I found these at the GNC store.

I found these yesterday at Harvest Health Foods in MI. They are $2.49 for a four pack, and around 3 carbs for one roll. I tried a sourdough roll with my hamburger and my mom tried pumpernickle with hers. We both really liked them. I give my full recommendation on this product. The hamburger and cheese kind of over powered the flavor of the bread. I want to be able to taste the bread. So I probably won't eat it with a hamburger again, but not cause it wasn't good.

I am hoping to make a couple little pizzas with my sourdough rolls. Cut them in half, little tomato, little cheese, lots of meat, YUMMY!!! We also got the cinnamon raisin which we are saving to make french toast one morning.
