O.k. these are not perfect (ingredient wise that is) but I found a soy chip made by Snyder's of Hanover under the name 'eatsmart" all natural snacks Soy-Teins--they are delicious, nice and crispy and great for dipping, the ones I got are Parmesean, Garlic & Olive Oil flavored and are 6 net carbs for 20 chips--which is alot of chips! oh and one serving also has 7 grams of protein.
Best Low Carb Chip IMO

Thanks for the info. I'll have to look for them. Pretty good portion. I laugh at some things on portion size. Like keeblers new cookie, 1 cookie 3 net carbs or something. One measley cookie. First of all if I could just eat one cookie I wouldn't have to watch my weight in the first place. No show me a product were its 3 net carbs for 1 whole bag of cookies and i'm there. LOL

I found some low carb chips at Safeway they were called Garcia's Low carb and they were very good, way better than the one's from trader joe's and the nearest thing I have tasted next to the real thing. I don't have the nutritional info but from what I can remember it wasnt too bad.

I found the Soy-Tiens at Harris Teeter yesterday--in the regular chip aisle so I bought the Tomato Herb I think they were, I used them to dip some Hummus--they were delicious!

Those are INCREDIBLE!I'm a big fan of Trader Joes Nacho Triangles.
I discovered them last weekend...tried the nacho cheese and ranch flavors and wow, those are incredible. The serving size of 15 is good also, since you can get filled up on about 10. I'd recommend them to everyone.
